How Christian McCaffrey made NFL history in two-score performance vs. Giants
In San Francisco's Week 9 win over the New York Giants, 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey made NFL history with a two-touchdown performance.
McCaffrey ran for a three-yard score to put the 49ers up on the Giants 34-17 with 4:13 left to play and that gave him 16 career games with both a rushing and a receiving score. That broke a tie with Marshall Faulk for the most in NFL history.
The 49ers improved to 6–3, beating the Giants 34–24 in Week 9 behind Christian McCaffrey’s record-breaking performance.
