Bradley Carnell of the Philadelphia Union was named the 2025 Sigi Schmid MLS Coach of the Year on Thursday. Hired in January, Carnell oversaw a rise from 23rd place in the 2024 standings to the Supporters' Shield in 2025.

A duo of defenders join them as Alex Freeman and Tristan Blackmon earned spots on the list. Freeman also won Young Player of the Year and emerged as a regular call up for the USMNT.
