HDMI 2.0 can do 4k at 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma. I am literally doing this right now, Sony X900E connected to a PC with a GTX1080 using HDMI. Before HDMI 2.0 you could only get 30Hz at 4K 4:4:4.
