GOSHEN — Underneath a fierce sun setting west of the grandstands the Pro Pulling League opened up its Elkhart County Fair series with its first session of truck and tractor pulls Wednesday evening.

PIKE COUNTY, Indiana — State police pulled over a tractor driver in southern Indiana Thursday evening and later arrested him for OWI and resisting. According to Indiana State Police, around 9:34 p.m.
