This milestone comes after weeks of rumors that Kamara’s day in a Saints uniform could come to an end. Kamara is now 30 years old and the Saints are clearly in rebuild mode. Also, several teams around the NFL, like the Los Angeles Chargers and the Kansas City Chiefs, could use a running back to bolster a playoff run.

Alvin Kamara is "expected to play" on Sunday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He's dealing with an ankle injury. If Kamara is limited or out, it would mean more work for Kendre Miller. Rashid Shaheed is also "expected to play" on Sunday, according to Rapoport.
