Good morning Gang Green Nation! The New York Jets made headlines recently with a couple of blockbuster trades, dealing away Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams at the trade deadline in exchange for a boatload of draft picks and a couple of young players with possible upside.

Taylor reports Kansas City was willing to trade a 2026 fourth-round pick for Hall, but New York wanted a third-round selection. While Hall was willing to be moved after the trades of cornerback Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams, the Chiefs and Jets could not come to an agreement, so Hall stayed put.

Pro Bowl Defensive tackle Quinnen Williams also made an exit, joining the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for former first-round defensive tackle Mazi Smith, as well as a 2026 second-round pick and a 2027 first-round pick. Unfortunately for Hall, he remains on the Jets roster.

Quinnen Williams will join the Cowboys in hopes of shoring up a poor defensive line. Dallas gives up Mazi Smith and 2 draft picks in the deal.
