LACY ID #A2023474 Female Beagle Mix just reaching her senior years at around 8. She is so white and soft, poor baby is petrified in this cruel environment. She shivers quietly alone in that corner cage. She is not the one crying in the video although I could hear her crying deep inside. She came is as a stray on Feb 17th.
