Can't run an ad?

Can't run an ad?

Basically, I’m trying to run an advertisment for my group. It works fine on this account, but as soon as I switch to my account that owns the group, after I upload the image, it just takes me to the Create - Roblox page. Is there any reason for this? Is the account not old enough, or am I missing something?
