Wildlife biologist Nick Demma and colleagues captured and collared grizzly (brown) bears in early October in the Glennallen area, including this sow with two cubs-of-the-year. After the researchers left, Demma used a game camera to see the sow recover from the immobilization drugs and document the cubs returning after the collaring.
