In my opinion, there's four steps to a good apology. 1️⃣ Say you’re sorry; it starts the ball rolling. 2️⃣ Take accountability by saying “it was all my fault, it wasn’t your fault.” 3️⃣ Ask the person what you can do to make it up to them.
