Today marks the 64th Anniversary of Her Majesty The Queen’s Accession to the throne. The King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery will fire their guns in Green Park at noon and the Honourable Artillery Company’s gun salute takes place at HM Tower of London at 1pm. In order to get the most from their training, our Soldiers must be able to practice against a dynamic and reactive opposing force. The British Army has begun to return to training, working within the government guidance on how to keep people safe while Coronavirus remains a threat. With training getting back underway, units are maintaining social distancing where possible and taking sensible precautions to manage the risks where personnel cannot space from each other.
