Today we tested our model of the manned Spica space capsule at Copenhagen Air Experience. We learned a lot and had a surprising and sudden end to the test day. Copenhagen Suborbitals dreams big with Spica rocket

The transportable rocket test stand for BPM-5 and BPM-2, is a new concept in static testing at Copenhagen Suborbitals. The rocket test stand exist to facilitate static testing of rocket boosters, that is firing the rocket engine while it is securely bolted to huge heavy blocks of concrete to prevent any movement. Our prior test stands were constructed in concrete & steel and quite immovable objects. This one is built to be easy to transport with a forklift, so we can install the tanks, the boost
