Ingredients: 4 cube steaks 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 3 Tbsp. cooking oil Instructions: Season cube steaks evenly on both sides with the salt. Dredge each side of each steak in flour, shake off excess and set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place cube steaks in pan. Cook 3 minutes each side.
