Starvation Reservoir in Duchesne County, has been dubbed "Little Lake Powell" by visitors because of the warm and clear water, and sand cliff formations for cliff jumping. https://stateparks.utah.gov/parks/starvation/ THINGS TO DO: There are sandy beaches close to or away from campgrounds. If you want to ATV, Knight Hollow campground allows you to camp and ATV at the same time, also close to the lake. There is also RV camping spots with hook-ups. They have a concession stand to rent PWC and boat
