This Spotted Eagle Ray Jump was an incredibly hard moment to catch on video. Although I see about 15 jumps every year, I've never had the camera on and pointing in the right direction when that magic moment happens. Unlike dolphins, it's almost impossible to predict when a Spotted Eagle Ray is going to jump. They often jump much higher than the one in this video, but I was still psyched to have caught it, especially since there are so few videos of Spotted Eagles jumping. . . #flylikeaneagleray
