Non-stop day! Started off visiting 24-hour fitness to use through steam room. Outside the door of the steam room it had its rules…”no workout clothes or workout shoes allowed”. What a joke. Every single person that went in (besides me) were full blown dressed in workout clothes and wearing tennis shoes. After, got a massage, acupuncture, cardio, practice posing, practice routine, abs, stretching, along with everything else I typically do work-wise. Tomorrow on Friday we have tickets to see @tedn
