✅️ KB SWINGS The reason why SQUATTING your kb swing is ❌ is because its not the goal of the exercise. Kb swings train the hip hinge to work on back chain power. Some people have a hard time figuring out how to hinge without bending their knees. Putting a plate under the ball of their feet, blocks the ankle from bending more, which makes it much harder to squat without falling backwards.
