Canning Jam 🫙🫐🍓 Jam is really easy and beginner friendly canning project! Pectin is a naturally occurring substance found in fruit, different fruits have different levels of pectin. Commercially made pectin is often added to jam to help it set, and it’s activated by the sugar. You don’t always need to use store bought pectin when making jam.
