Metronome beats for concentration We have been working on connecting our body and brain through listening to metronome beats. I use a metronome app on my phone. We start with a very slow beat and follow along with body movements. Here I am using a balance cushion but you could just march in place. This is a multisensory activity - proprioception, vestibular, auditory, visual and tactile. Start at a slow pace (eg. 60 beats per/minute) and then increase the speed.
