Creating mitered corners on cloth napkins is a lot easier than you might think. Make a set for your holiday table or to give as a gift. -Fold and press a 1/2" hem on all 4 sides (you will end up creating a total 1" hem) -Fold right sides together matching the pressed fold without opening the hem (you are folding the napkin into a triangle) -Flip out the corner so you have a little "dog ear" -Square your ruler with the long edge of the triangle and mark a stitching line where the pressed hem meet
