More than 20 giant inflatable snowmen have taken over Warren Place in Montclair. The tradition started two years ago with long-time resident Ann McCarthy. In a short time, it has “snowballed” into this very unique holiday spectacle. But it’s not just for decoration. The parents of Vincent Battiloro called 911 4 times in August, the month before he was charged with hitting and killing two girls in Cranford with his car.
