Here's my non-traditional Sada Roti recipe! Usually, sada roti only requires 3 ingredients: Flour, baking powder & water (salt is optional). I've found that the combo of very hot water & oil in the dough keeps the cooked rotis super soft (after storing in the refrigerator) and it also ensures that it puffs up each time. I know this is not "traditional", but I'm sharing what works for me 🙂 Sada Roti 427 grams (about 3 cups) of all-purpose flour 1 tbsp of baking powder 1 tsp of salt (optional) 1
