Today marks the 80th anniversary of the attack at Pearl Harbor. The following day, Congress declared war on Japan. The Mather Airfield was reactivated and expanded during the Second World War as a training facility for pilots. In this video, Susan shows a copy of the Sacramento Bee from December 8, 1941 and discusses Mather.
