IT’S THE ATTITUDE LEG SHAKE FOR ME….✨ SURE NO PROBLEM 😅 That happens when you’re really working the hamstrings and turnout muscles. 😅 In all seriousness, I don’t expect people to bend in half BUT I think it’s so useful to see it demonstrated to its extreme, seeing the muscles and the initiation of the limbs for the movements. There’s benefits to explanation alone but sometimes it’s so useful to do AND explain which is what I try to do as a lot of people are visual learners. Don’t panic 😅 P.S
