It differs slightly from regular Tai Chi: the beginning is with the hands in front of the Dantian with the fingers in the "Wuji" meditation position. Then, there's a knee lift during the "Rise Hands" transition. Then, there's a hug during the "Press" transition. Finally, there's the "Thrust Kick." Note: This form focuses more on the application of martial arts than on health and relaxation.
