How to Wear a Helmet

What’s inside a helmet? Well here it is! I show inside my retired nasal helmet. I didn’t bring it up because it wasn’t the focus of the questions but those straps are for the chin to hold it in place on your head. One goes under the chin and one in front. The last on in the middle back is a retention strap to attach to the body piece so the helmet hopefully stays on your head too.
