Have you ever tried Maple Cream? It’s made from pure maple syrup and is delicious as a spread on toast, waffles, ice cream, etc. It’s similar to Creamed Honey but I find it easier to make. Unfortunately, California does not allow home bakers to sell anything with raw maple syrup in it. Such a bummer!
