Three different drills for infielders but outfielders should practice this ones also , getting the ball on right side foot throwing on the run no stopping and staying low no extra steps quick release is a lot footwork work going into this drill as you will see at the end of the video my high school friend don’t have down yet, work on progress, the other ones are getting it on glove side on the run and back hand same thing as the first one.
