Actor Steve Landesberg played Sgt. Arthur P. Dietrich on classic NY comedy show 'Barney Miller.' He was known for his distinctively dry, deep voice, which was also heard in cartoons and commercials. Landesberg was nominated for three Emmy awards for the part. In 2010, Landesberg died at the age of 74.
