4 color process at 60lpi can be difficult to get the prints to all look the same, if you don't control Speed, Angle and Pressure on each color. We need a consistent amount of each ink, with enough Pressure to get the ink to clean the screen but not too much pressure where we start to get dot gain and even dot distortion.
