ADD 1/2 CUP BEANS TO PINTS, OR 1 CUP TO QUARTS 3. ���FILL TO 1 INCH HEADSPACE WITH WATER ( I used cold water but you can use boiling as well! Remember, temperature of contents must be the same as the temperature of your jars & canner water to prevent thermal shock) 4. ���STIR BEANS TO DE-BUBBLE *IF ANY BEANS FLOAT, REMOVE THEM 5.
