オリーブオイルをひとまわし／オリひと【料理・レシピ・献立】 on Instagram: "【豚の角煮】これが正解！どんな豚もトロットロになる角煮の作り方！ —————— ▶材料 豚バラ肉：700g ＜漬け込み＞ 酒：大さじ3 ★まいたけ：50g ★生姜：10g ★ねぎ(緑部分)：少々 ＜たれ＞ 醤油：大さじ３を2回に分ける ★水：400ml ★砂糖：大さじ3 ★酒：大さじ3 ★顆粒鰹だし：小さじ1 ＜付け合わせ＞お好みで ゆで卵：2個 小松菜：1株 ▶作り方 ①肉にフォークで穴をあける。ほぐした舞茸とお酒と共に袋に入れ冷蔵で一晩漬け込む。 ②豚肉の油を出すようにフライパンで焼き付ける。 ③圧力なべに醤油半量と★を加えて高圧で10分煮込む。圧力なべがない場合は水を700mlに増やして1時間半～2時間煮る。 ④蓋を開けて固さを確認する。脂をすくって醤油を加えたら煮詰める。 ⑤煮詰まったら火を止めてそのまま置く。味玉を作る際は冷めてきた段階で漬ける。 ⑥味が染みたら好みのサイズに切って完成！ —————— #料理 #レシピ #簡単レシピ #作り方 #豚の角煮 #豚バラ肉 #豚肉レシピ #煮込
