This one is for pain at the SIJ if you lack mobility which is often times the case. Many times ppl believe their SIJ is dislocating out of place, when in reality it is just giving this sensation but actually needs movement and mobility to reduce the pain. There are rare instances where the joint would require bracing (hEDS) so be sure to get checked out if you’re not sure if you have hyper vs hypo mobility.
