When I tested this chest exercise with an EMG machine, it performed very well for chest activation. But that doesn’t make it a good exercise to grow your chest. While it can be a helpful “warmup/activation” exercises, there’s other options that may be better for that as well. #chestexercises #chestworkout | Jeremy Ethier
