This is difficult to watch, especially for new moms. If your baby is grunting, clenching, turning red, and pushing… but not having much luck…that doesn’t always mean gassy or constipated! It’s very possible baby is experiencing “infant dyschezia”… big English - for the brain learning to coordinate muscles for 💩. Don’t worry— it’s super common, and it will likely resolve itself soon! They’re probably feeling frustrated, but it’s not likely they’re feeling pain. So please don't rush and give grip
