We signed up for a Discovery Hike in Denali National Park and boy was it an adventure! With Ranger Ryan leading the way, we went off-trail, bushwhacking through knee-high brush, weaving through a pine forest, up to the top of a steep ridge, down a steep birch forest, across a bog (no wet feet, thankfully!), and around several kettle ponds.
