Four of the five deer fawns that are currently in care at AIWC! These four fawns are all true orphans, and had arrived (separately) at AIWC after being found alone and crying out for their mothers. Luckily they were brought to AIWC right away, and are growing stronger and healthier. It's fawn season for white-tail deer, and every year, kind people find fawns curled up alone in the woods or in the grass. They worry that these babies are abandoned and take them.
