Athletic movement involves the feet. I’ll never understand ‘banking’ for this reason… not seeing a whole load of athletes in other sports who shove that arch into the ground. Also, just depends on what you want to do with your pelvis. If you want to sway your pelvis toward the target, bank all day. If you want your pelvis to remain underneath the rib cage, stay on that outer edge…. At the end of the day, what I’ll constantly encourage is healthy movement 🙏🙏🌀🧬🌀 #footaction #golfswing Great w
