While doing research in microbiology in the Everglades as a scientist, this is how I analyzed my data. I analyzed microbial community strucure in flocculent organic matter using a Non metric multidimensional scaling graph which is also known as an NMDS graph. This graph was able to tell me what environmental factors, biogeochemical and metabolic factors in flocculent organic matter were driving community structure the most. I'll post another video explaining how to interpret those graphs. #biolo
