The green catbird is a spectacular bird found in the rainforest of Eastern Australia. They are named for their very distinctive call, which sounds like a cat meowing. Their diet consists mainly of fruit, but they will also eat insects. It is assumed they aid in the dispersal of seeds and maybe even with the pollination of some plant species.
