SOLVED: To determine the concentration and purity of your DNA sample, you analyze it by spectrophotometry. You combine 25 μL (microliters) of your DNA sample and 75 μL (microliters) in a cuvette. The OD260 reading of this sample is 0.65. The OD280 reading is 0.33. Based on these values, calculate the concentration of your purified DNA and briefly comment about its purity.
