Atleast i am🇬🇧🤭What I wish I knew before going on Maternity Leave in the Uk: 1. Statutory Maternity Pay is NOT your full salary 2. You can share your leave with your partner 3. You accrue annual leave while on mat leave 4. You’re still entitled to bank holidays depending on your contract.
