TCCC BCT

Throughout Basic Training or One Station Unit Training U.S. Army Trainees receive 11-hours of instruction on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). The TCCC concept was established in 1996 by Special Operations Forces as an evidence-based and battlefield-proven way to reduce deaths at the point of injury. Trainees are exposed to all three phases of TCCC and how to treat their battle buddies in the proper order, by most critical situation first, if they're ever exposed to combat. | U.S. Army Cente
