Sign language 👍 vs spoken language 🔈 In this video Kate switches half way through to English to tell the story of the Gruffalo’s Child. Watch and see if you can spot the difference. I think this just sums up so well the important features of sign vs spoken language. Whilst Kate isn’t signing properly here (she was telling the story to my wife) she is still using a lot of features of sign language. Notice how she is expressing herself by using placement, facial expressions and everything is qui
