Combine yeast, sugar and warm water and let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl and mix using dough hook. I mix for a long time. The longer you mix the softer the bread turns out for me. So l’d say I let it run for about 15-18 minutes. I
