Making stamps from clay is simple and very satisfying. These stamp designs have been bisque fired to ensure easy release. 1. Simply roll out an even slab of clay approximately 1/4 inch or 6mm thick. 2. Cut out some shapes by hand or using a cookie cutter. 3. Press or carve your design into the shapes. 4. Using a damp sponge, clean up your stamps making sure you don’t have any rough edges. 5. Allow to dry completely. 6. Bisque fire to cone 06. 7. Once bisque fired you can glue them onto old corks
