Finalni sastanak projekta RuraliTeast održan je 7. oktobra 2025. u Banjaluci, u okviru međunarodne konferencije „Circular Economy in Tourism and Rural Community Development – RURAL GREEN“. Događaj je okupio partnere, eksperte, predstavnike institucija, umetnike, kreativne profesionalce, lokalne aktere i studente, sa ciljem predstavljanja rezultata projekta i razmatranja mogućnosti za dalji razvoj. Posebnu pažnju privuklo je izlaganje prof. dr Olje Arsenijević, koja je studentima BLC univerziteta
