Jax and Opie were the first two goats ‘of anarchy”. For the last few years, they have been living with a small herd of 16 of the original goats - the “OG herd”. This small herd is very special, and Lyla’s recent passing jolted me, forcing me to admit that my babies are in their elder years. Due to age and arthritis, some of the OGs are struggling with their mobility on our hilly pastures. Watching them age is bittersweet.
