2 years ago I restored this old surfboard that a lost friend gave to me. I’m guessing it was made in the late 80’s or early 90’s. It was in rough shape. Im not sure where he got it but believe it used to be a wall hanger, fastened to a structure with screws straight through it. When I would hold the board, I can feel the history of the short board revolution and imagine how this thick ass, old surfboard was once cutting edge and pushing the limits in modern surfing and shaping of that time.
