Making Slip in Small Batches Instead of making massive amounts of slip in a blender, we make small batches of slip using bone dry clay, warm water and a little patience. I like letting students control making their own slip and having small individual containers. Nothing is more satisfying than students whipping up their own slip that matches their preferred consistency.
